• Account: your email and name when you sign up.
• Chat messages: your conversations with your AI companions.
• Schedule data: tasks and reminders you choose to add.
• Usage: basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product.

2. How We Use It

We use your data only to provide the Lumi service — powering your AI companion, remembering context across chats, and delivering reminders at the right time.

3. Where It's Stored

All data is stored on Lovable Cloud (our managed backend) with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized systems only.

4. We Never Sell Your Data

Period. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or chat content to any third party.

5. Your Rights

• Access and export your data at any time.
• Delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
• Opt out of non-essential analytics.

Lumi is GDPR and CCPA compliant.

6. AI Processing

Your messages are sent to large language model providers (such as Google and OpenAI) solely to generate responses. They are not used to train external models.
