By creating an account and using Lumi, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lumi.

2. Accounts

One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lumi to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm any person.
• Generate or distribute illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Lumi Pro is $9.99 USD per month, billed via Lemon Squeezy.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription.
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. Email support@lumi.app within 7 days of purchase.

6. No Warranty on AI Output

Lumi uses AI to generate responses. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or appropriate for any particular purpose. Do not rely on Lumi for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
